The M at Englewood South

More than 70% of the 125 upscale condominium homes at The M at Englewood South are now sold, according to The Marketing Directors, the community’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.

The sales milestone was recently reached due to the large number of former renters, single-professionals and young couples rushing to take advantage of incredible pricing and limited-time incentives and financing programs that not only create unmatched value in the Bergen County market, but also make homeownership at The M at Englewood South affordable to many first-time homebuyers seeking upscale condominiums and an ultra-convenient lifestyle.

Among the popular savings program available are $10,000 off the price of a one-bedroom home and $20,000 off the price of a two-bedroom condominium.  The community also offers an innovative 97% financing plan that creates a down payment as low as $9,000.   Residences at The M are priced from the low $300,000s.

“First-time homebuyers have a specific list of priorities for their new home purchase and The M at Englewood South fulfills many of those desires,” says Ellie Kim, Sales Representative for the Marketing Directors. Continue reading

Homebuyers Invest in their Future at Trio Condominiums in Palisades Park

Trio, the upscale condominium in Bergen County’s Palisades Park, is proving to be a popular choice for a new generation of buyers who view their primary residence not only as a home, but also a real estate investment.

While finding the perfect residence and lifestyle still top the list of importance in any new home purchase, the added benefits of appreciation, tax advantages and more are quickly gaining traction.  According to a recent survey, real estate is the top preferred long-term investment option for many, outpacing traditional assets including cash, the stock market and gold.

The challenge lies in identifying markets where the high home values can be attained.  In areas such as Bergen County, N.J., value-packed purchasing opportunities are few and far between as high demand and a lack of inventory have resulted in escalating prices and created tough competition.

Step in Trio, a premium investment opportunity that combines sought after wishes such as location, schools and quality of life with upscale condominiums priced from a very attractive $475,000.   Adding to the great value that already exists at the full-service buildings are limited time summer incentives, including $30,000 off the price of a two-bedroom condominium home and $50,000 off the price of one of Trio’s spectacular Penthouse residences.  What’s more, every home purchase is being offered with a free parking spot.

“We’re seeing an increase in homebuyers who want the ideal home for their family, but also have an eye focused on finding the highest values and seek the stability and financial benefits of real estate investment, including the possibility of an eventual income-producing property,” says Ellie Kim, Sales Representative for The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and sales agent at Trio.

“They’re frustrated with the lack of supply in the Bergen County market which has created rising prices.  They’re exhausted from competing in bidding wars for properties in good condition. And they’re tired from having to look even harder to not only find the right home, but also get the most for their money.”

Trio, Ms. Kim points out, eliminates many of these impediments with a strong inventory of homes and a mix of floorplans that fit differing lifestyle needs, all in a modern high-rise building with a full suite of amenities and services.

“The complete package at Trio makes it attractive to homebuyers who consider this purchase as much more than a home,” she says.  “Designer homes, access to world-class amenities, a desirable location minutes from the George Washington Bridge and, of course, attractive pricing have created everlasting value.  It’s the right fit for buyers looking for sophisticated living and a high return on investment.” Continue reading

Penthouse Sale Exemplifies Move to Luxury High-Rise Living at Trio Condominiums in Bergen County’s Palisades Park

PALISADES PARK, N.J. – The most recent sale at Trio in Palisades Park is further evidence there’s strong demand for upscale, high-rise condominium living in the Bergen County market.

A luxurious two-bedroom Penthouse home has recently been sold at the nine-story, full-service buildings, according to The Marketing Directors, exclusive marketing and sales agent for Trio.  The 1,503 square foot home boasts a spacious living room with dining area, powder room, two lavish en-suite bathrooms, ten foot ceilings and bonus den.  The condominium’s eastern exposure provides magnificent views of the ever changing New York City skyline.

The residence is part of the limited collection of two- and three-bedroom Penthouse homes which are drawing significant interest at Trio.  Five distinctive floorplans are offered with desired elements such as separate kitchen and dining areas, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, spacious master bedroom suites with walk-in closets and designer kitchens.  Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the homes in natural light, while hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, marble floors and custom cabinetry add style and detail to every corner.    Some of the Penthouses offer spectacular New York City skyline views, while others feature spanning vistas of the western-facing landscape.

Priced from just $595,000, Penthouse homes are being offered with a limited time incentive that provide up to $50,000 off the purchase price.

“The Bergen County market has responded strongly to our Penthouse residences and this sale exemplifies the growing desire to live in modern, well-appointed homes in a luxury building,” says Ellie Kim, Sales Manager for The Marketing Directors.  “Buyers are turning to Trio which represents one of the few opportunities to purchase a for-sale Penthouse condominium, complete with brand new, designer finishes and a location near the Hudson River waterfront.   These homes offer something that is hard to find in the Bergen County marketplace.”

In addition to the Penthouses, a limited collection of two-bedroom condominiums are also available at Trio, priced from $475,000. Continue reading
