Spring is Here! Get Moving with Rise Endurance!


Join Rise Endurance for their 12-week track programs, led by a professional coach, which has been developed to help all levels of runners and triathletes meet their racing goals.  These track sessions will increase your speed, speed endurance, strength endurance, running mechanics, as well as give you a better sense of pace.

All sessions are held at the track at Overpeck Park in Leonia, NJ at 6:30pm

Two programs are available:

PROGRAM I starts on April 3, 2014 and runs until June 19, 2014.  Sessions are held every Thursday at 6:30pm (with the exception of April 17th, which is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16th).

PROGRAM II starts on May 13, 2014 and runs until July 29, 2014.  Sessions are held every Tuesday at 6:30pm.

Come ready to run and bring something to drink.

Cost is $120 per individual for each program
(included for all monthly coached athletes)

A drop-in fee of $15 per track session per individual is also available.
